Son cadre de gouvernance s\u2019aligne sur les exigences et recommandations applicables des Autorit\u00e9s canadiennes en valeurs mobili\u00e8res et de l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s financiers, y compris le R\u00e8glement 58-101 \u2013 Sur l\u2019information concernant les pratiques en mati\u00e8re de gouvernance. <\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil d\u2019administration (le \u00ab\u202fConseil\u00bb) et la direction sont responsables de la supervision des politiques de gouvernance de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et veillent au respect de l\u2019ensemble des obligations r\u00e9glementaires. Cette section donne acc\u00e8s aux principaux documents de gouvernance de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, notamment les mandats du Conseil et des comit\u00e9s ainsi que les politiques d\u2019entreprise.
