*The Kinebik Project mineral exploration rights are currently in the process of being acquired pursuant to an asset purchase agreement with Agnico Eagle dated March 4, 2026, under which Vior Gold Corporation will acquire a 100% interest in the project. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur in the first quarter of 2027.

The Kinebik Project is located approximately 150 km north of Val‑d’Or and 40 km northeast of the town of Lebel‑sur‑Quévillon, within the Eeyou Istchee–James Bay territory. It comprises a total of 1,208 exclusive mineral exploration claims, distributed among several claim blocks, the main one extending for more than 50 km along the Cameron Fault. The project covers a strategic area of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt and is crosscut by a series of shear zones that host numerous gold showings, highlighting a significant discovery potential.

The Kinebik Project encompasses a significant volcano‑sedimentary sequence located in the northern part of the Abitibi Subprovince, centered on the Taïbi sedimentary basin and the shear zones that bound it. Several regionally extensive deformation corridors with east–west (E–W) and northwest–southeast (NW–SE) orientations represent favourable metallotects for orogenic gold mineralization. The southeastern portion of the Kinebik block covers approximately 10 km along the Cameron Fault Zone, directly along the lateral extension of the Cartwright and Flordin deposits. Numerous gold showings occur within a variety of host rock types, including banded iron formations, felsic intrusions, quartz veins, and sedimentary rocks.

The area has been explored by numerous companies over the past several decades; however, the fragmentation of property ownership long represented a major obstacle to the development and implementation of a comprehensive and coherent exploration strategy across the entire area. The most recent work was carried out by O3 Mining. Between 2023 and 2024, O3 Mining consolidated the project through a series of acquisition agreements with various companies, as well as by map designation of exclusive mineral exploration claims. The company subsequently completed a regional geological compilation and conducted target generation with the objective of advancing diamond drilling programs.

In 2024 and 2025, O3 Mining initiated diamond drilling south‑east of the Cartwright deposit and intersected 5.1 g/t Au over 2.8 m (Cameron sector, drill hole O3KN‑24‑011; results not published by O3 Mining and sourced from GM 74516). North of Flordin, gold mineralization hosted within granodiorite returned values of 5.5 g/t Au over 6.0 m, including 30.0 g/t Au over 1.0 m (Florence showing; GM 47626), as well as 7.43 g/t Au over 4.08 m (Desjardins showing, Zone 52; GM 53676).On March 18, 2025, O3 Mining was acquired by Agnico Eagle, and no follow‑up exploration work has been carried out since the acquisition.

Vior Gold Corporation plans to launch airborne magnetic and electromagnetic geophysical surveys in the near term to systematically cover the entire Kinebik Project. These surveys will be followed by a prospecting program and diamond drilling campaign during the second half of 2026.
