Vior announces the beginning of a comprehensive helicopter-borne deep electromagnetic VTEM-type and magnetic survey over its wholly-owned Ligneris project situated approximately 80 kilometers north of the LaRonde mining complex and 100 kilometres northeast of the city of Rouyn-Noranda, in the Abitibi region of Quebec.

Mark Fedosiewich, President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Société d’Exploration Minière Vior Inc., announces that he has directly acquired a total of 258,000 common shares of the Corporation in the secondary market.

Vior is pleased to provide a corporate update on activities and details for the fall 2018 exploration programs on the Foothills, Big Island Lake and Ligneris projects in Quebec, as well as the Tonya project in Nevada. The highlight and focus will be on the comprehensive helicopter-borne geophysical surveys to be carried out on the three Quebec projects.

Vior is pleased to announce that it has entered into a second option and joint venture agreement with Iluka Exploration (Canada) Ltd. ("Iluka"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Iluka Resources Limited (ASX: ILU), one of the largest producers of the high-grade titanium dioxide products of rutile and synthetic rutile. Iluka has been granted an option to earn an interest in the 69 mining claims comprising the Big Island Lake rutile project, 100%-owned by Vior, which covers 3,783 hectares situated 25 kilometers north of the town of Havre-St-Pierre, in the North Shore region of Quebec.

Vior is pleased to announce that a new gold zone has been intersected during the late fall 2017 drill program on the Mosseau Project. The 13-hole drill program totalling 2,907 meters targeted several induced polarization geophysical anomalies as well as the Morono ‘’M Zone’’ at depth on the Property.

La Société Vior a le plaisir d’annoncer qu’une nouvelle zone aurifère a été découverte dans le cadre du programme de forage réalisé à la fin de l’automne 2017 sur le projet Mosseau. Le programme de forage totalisant 2 907 mètres en 13 sondages ciblait plusieurs anomalies géophysiques de polarisation provoquée ainsi que la zone M du gîte aurifère Morono en profondeur sur la propriété. La propriété est constituée de 53 claims détenus à 100 % par la Société, en plus de 15 claims additionnels qui pourront être acquis d’ici le 20 juin 2018, portant la superficie totale du projet à 33 kilomètres carrés. Mosseau est entourée de claims détenus par Minière Osisko au sud et à l’est, par le projet Verneuil de Soquem au nord-ouest et par le projet Wilson de Ressources Cartier.

Vior is pleased to announce that it has acquired through its wholly owned subsidiary, Vior Gold (USA) LLC, the Tonya Gold Project from Gold Range Company LLC. The agreement grants Vior the exclusive mineral rights to the Tonya Property, located 65 kilometers northeast of the town of Lovelock, in Pershing County, Nevada, USA. Vior has also just finalized an agreement to acquire all surface rights on the Property which will allow complete access for all future exploration, drilling and development work.

L’entente accorde à Vior les droits minéraux exclusifs sur la propriété Tonya, située à 65 kilomètres au nord-est de la ville de Lovelock, dans le comté de Pershing au Nevada (États-Unis). Vior vient aussi de finaliser une entente visant l’acquisition de tous les droits de surface sur la propriété afin d’avoir plein accès pour tous les futurs travaux d’exploration, de forage et de développement.

La Société annonce qu’elle a le 5 janvier 2018 procédé à l’octroi de 300 000 options d’achat d’actions au prix de levée de 0,135 $ l’action, soit le prix de fermeture du 4 janvier 2018 à la Bourse de Croissance TSX. Ces options ont été octroyées à deux nouveaux administrateurs de la Société. Ces options sont valides jusqu’au 4 janvier 2023.
